Not familiar with bootstrap for the X. We have Clockwork Recovery though. You can access it by turning the phone off and pressing and HOLDING the bottom volume key, the camera key and the power key.
This is correct, I was wrong in my post above. The Sprint stuff is removed from both versions, but I believe they have a "sprintapps.zip" or something like that available to download if you want to put it all back on there.
