Hi, all. My optimus V can't get wifi now, I need help!!!

Few days ago, I tried to get my optimus V to adopt ad hoc wifi, so I replaced my wpa_supplicant file that I downloaded from internet. Since then, my nightmare started, my optimus V can't find wifi anymore (even from my home). I reset it to factory mode, also reflashed it, but my device still not get any wifi. If any one who knows how to fix it, please, help me to fix this problem.
 
Have you tried replacing the wpa_supplicant file with the original. Do you still have the original? If not, I'm just a "Nuub",but maybe if you downloaded Harmonia_1.2.zip(or any ROM that the WiFi is working),opened it then looked in system/bin /all the way to the bottom, you will see a wpa_supplicant file.Maybe try that one see if it works.
 
thanks I will go try that, I did have original one, but for some reason it didnt work, that is why i am freaking out. Since I reset it to factory setting, it didn't work neiter, therefore, i didnt think of trying other rom.
 
i am kind stuck at reflashing new roms. I use ROMTools.v231 to reflash, but no matter what i i do. I can only got factory reset. I will keep trying.... thanks though

Maybe if you could go into a little more detail about what you have tried and what exactly you phone has been doing. The more specific you are the better able another more knowledgeable member is able to help with your problem. I can even help with searching through the threads to see if there's a solution. You never know who might decide to look at this thread,so the more info the better,for you.
