Root Warm 2.2 HTC Music Widget

I am trying to figure out which ap you guys use for music since the htc widget doesnt work after warm 2.2 root. or is there a fix?

I'm not sure what you mean about the HTC Music widget not working. I just tried it on mine and it seemed to work fine. That said, I haven't used it in quite a long time since I started using Music Mod. I know there are plenty of other media players out there, but if you like the stock interface, Music Mod is the way to go. A nice subtle change from stock.

Did you do the asop lock screen install or still on stock?

i have the vinalla lock screen. when i make the widget on the screen, it seems like it doesnt see any of my music. ill try the other music widgets. thanks

The vanilla lock screen installer replaces the HTC music and clock Alps so their Widgets break. Pick the 4x2 widget and it works the same.

well i think ill go back to the stock lock screen unless there is a different lock screen that doesnt disable the widgets for music. i like the built in ring tone trimmer and stuff on the stock htc. how do i go about installing the htc music widget again?

the best thing i love about the stock ap is the built in ringtone trimmer to use for default ring, phone contacts, or notifications.

Do you really need to trim? I just use the whole song, its gonna get cut off when you pick up anyway. Also how often do you trim? You could use one of the on-line sites like myxer or whatever to create clipped tones.

Personally having a music app that doesnt cut out when using navigation is easily worth going about a different method of trimming a ringtone.
