Root Warm TwoPointTwo and ROM Manager/ASTRO

Hey I recently flashed my first ROM which is Warm TwoPointTwo and some mods. Loving it so far

The only issue is when I open up ASTRO or Rom Manager they both force close right away. I cant even open Rom Manager at all before it closes and ASTRO closes about 3 seconds after I open it.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there any way to fix this??

Did you do full wipes before flashing Warm? If you didn't I would suggest doing them then reflashing the ROM and mods.

Yeah I did. It actually worked until I did a Titanium restore of my other apps and now it doesnt work

Did you restore your apps and data or any system apps? I don't use Titanium but I heard you can run into issues restoring the data and or system apps. If you did I suggest reflashing Warm and restoring only user apps and no data

Yeah I basically restored everything, figured that was the issue. I'm cool with it since I dont plan on changing it really Ive got it all setup now I just did everything through Recovery.

Got the ROM with the transparent status bar and Gingerbread launcher/keyboard

I just noticed I can turn my phone on with the trackpad :O Almost creamed my pants when I found out

Ok last night I went and did a complete reset of my phone and now no more Force Closes at all

The only 2 things Im having trouble with now:

-Text messages do not show pictures next to text. I miss seeing my pretty self when I text someone, its just an empty box now
-No new Android Market.. I had it before now it reset to the old one. Still have the Related tab one though so im not too far off.

Anyone know how to fix these issues? They are just small problems but hey if anyone has solutions!

I've noticed sometimes my contacts (that are linked to FaceBook) are sometimes slow to show up, if they show up at all, but it doesn't bother me and I don't think it's ROM specific. I had the same problem before I rooted

As far as the new market, download THIS from your phone's browser. Mid way through the d/l a pop up will say there's no program on your device to open it, disregard it. Open Astro File Manager>sdcard>download>vending.apk click on it and open app manager. There should be an option at the top that says upgrade. Click on it and you'll have the new market.
