Help Warranty Replacement Came w/ Boot Loop

So I just got my warranty replacement dINC and I activated it made a call, packaged up my old dINC (blown speaker bad wifi radio) and mailed it off.

Literally 30 minutes later and my new replacement dINC shuts off mid call. Enter the boot loops from hell.

So I head on down to my VZW store...walk up to the counter...boot loops stop...boots up ok...i tell the guy why i was there and that the problem just went away and he looks at me funny...we try to re create the boot loop but everything was fine...no shutting off and no boot loop. Sooo I leave feeling like a moron.

I get home 10 minutes later and call the girlfriend...again...mid call BOOT LOOPS. Shuts off and enters a boot loops/power cycle. I get back in the car and go back to the store...before i enter, it goes away again! I go in anyways and explain again.

They decide to mail out a replacement and I agree since I seem to get it working here and there and I could hold out.

Well I was wrong...before I leave I get another boot loop. I turn around and ask for a phone asap. They try to fix the issue by entering recovery and factory resetting the device and also wiping internal storage. They try another battery and still no help...Now my phone is just completely stuck at the white HTC incredible screen.

I beg for a replacement and they keep telling me no and that I have to wait until tomorrow.

Now I am stuck w/ zero working phone until tomorrow. Thank god for FB and gchat for getting a hold of friends but the real bummer is that work cannot reach me (I work for a Nuke plant and I need to be able to answer my phone).

Bummer! The vzw employees did all they could and helped me out greatly. I just really wish they could have just replaced my phone with a new one...

As far as the issue with the phone. I have dialed it down to either being a bad battery contact on the phone or corrupted internal storage...anyone else want to weigh in?
