So this isnt root related really. There has been a lot of traffic regarding the update lately and I wanted to break up monotony.
I found a sweet app called wave launcher. You can drag up from the bottom of your screen (or side if you so configure) at any time even while in other apps! and launch up to like 120 diff apps. Also does recent apps. Looks cool, fully customizable can even change the app icons. It's hidden till you drag up and it looks cool. 2 bucks on market, check it out...
