Way to Go Verizon!

It's unfortunate that Verizon isn't getting as many sales due to this shortage. I hope they don't lose customers to other networks due to this, especially if they're due for a new phone and the EVO 4G becomes much more easily available.

We switched from AT&T for better service and better customer service. We added 18 incredibles because the corporate salesmen told me they would be the best phones out there. Well from the 18, we got replacements for 16. We currently only have 1 left. Dont tell me there are not massive problems. Maybe you dont care because you dont use your phone a lot or for business, but they constantly would drop calls - people would have a hard time hearing me, the signal strength NOT THE FREAKING BARS FOR THE 3535235 TIME sucked, battery was pathetic, tons of bugs on the phones, lots of them randomly restarted
Just an expensive POS if you ask me. iphone is the same price for a way higher quality phone - but yes the service sucks

16 out of 18 had to be returned? I call bullshite.

Believe it or not, Verizon's website is not the only place to buy the Incredible. I bought mine at my local BestBuy about a week ago. Not sure if I'd recommend going there, considering my rep didn't ask me if I wanted to port my number (so I did it myself later), and he tried to push their extra protection plan ($9.99/month) to a ridiculous extreme. Wouldn't take no for an answer. If you can deal with either of those, grab a tissue and then clean yourself up as you prepare to see sunshine and leave the house, and head over to BestBuy.

Hank is extremely unstable. Like scary needs to be locked up unstable. He is just trying to get a rise out of everyone.

He had been banned 20 times already and will be back with another alias somehow sadly enough.

Then maybe Verizon should put a hold on its ads for the time being.

"Hey guys, let's not market the phone before it comes out, but once it's out, and we don't have inventory, let's start marketing it!" - Verizon.

Yeah, okay, but a) the ads are set and scheduled often months in advance and b) it costs money to pull them. Would you like to add that cost to the price of the phone? I thought not.

My money is on a similar story after the EVO launches. After all, the delays are due to parts, and both phones probably use parts from the same suppliers...just a hunch.
