I mean our cm7 is really good but o supose since HDMI isn't working we won't get official support

ROM Manager official support and our CM7 ROMs are not related.
It's the CWM that we have that is the issue. Isaac went through to get our phone officially supported, but there was some issue and Koush doesn't have time to sort it out. With the sheer number of devices wanting official support he doesn't even get all the ones without issues sorted. That is why ROM Manager made changes to partially work with unsupported devices.
The whole discussion is on a github issues thread, but I don't have the link readily available.
HDMI has nothing at all to do with it.

HDMI is not supported on any officially supported CM7 Roms from what I understand.

Because CM7 is the base for all gingerbread ROMs for our phone

No, he was saying that in all the Official CyanogenMod releases (for supported phones) none have HDMI.
Regardless, HDMI has nothing to do with official ROM Manager support
