We rock!

I think I am most grateful for the fact that everyone here seems to be so tolerant of newbies. I spent years on a Windows phone, and I found only one forum where people were actually friendly and helpful, but it could sometimes take several days to get a response. When I got my Evo 3D, it was my first Android phone ever, and I had no idea how to do anything in it. Since coming here though, I have gotten a ton of great information about everything from good apps to buy, to hardware explanations, and everything else I could want. I don't think I have seen a single negative thing posted by anyone about another user here. On a lot of forums, when a new person comes in and posts something that has already been discussed elsewhere, you tend to see a bunch of the "old timers" giving that person crap for not using the search function, or whatever. Here, every time I have seen a new person post something that has already been discussed, they have had a friendly reply either pointing them to the right place to look, or merging their post INTO the right place. All without making anyone feel stupid.

All in all, this place and the people here, are just fantastic, and you all have my appreciation.

Glad to have you!

Our deal is way simple - we were all newbies once (it passes quickly, so no big deal at all) and we come here for each other.

If you need any special help with anything, just drop me (or anyone with a red or green name tag, we're staff) a private message - the easy tool for that is a drop-down menu selection called QuickLinks, just below your name at the upper right of any of our pages, or that User CP link to the upper left of any of our pages.

No request is ever unwelcome! :)
