weak signal strength

since the update i seem to have a much weaker signal and calls are getting dropped. quite often it seems that i bounce between 3g and 1x. anyone else?
 
I'm experiencing the same weak signal. Updated prl via *228 and still the same. I'm about to update to 2.2 ota, hope that works?
 
I dont know, just had my workers X next to my Fascinate and she had 3G with 4 bars, and I was only gettin 2? She says she gets between 3-4 bars on the regular.
