Hi one an all wonder if anyone can help... when i scroll through screens to my weather page i have current location on there how do i apply it to my home screen under the large flippin clock ?
I've had this problem, too, and re-applying the widget (set to current location) doesn't fix it for me. What you need to do is manually specify your location at the point of re-applying the widget, rather than relying on google to pick up your current location - this should work.
1. Get rid of the existing clock by holding down on it, and then dragging it over the Remove button.
2. Press down on the free space on the screen, and then the Add menu will appear.
3. Select Widget > Clock (HTC)
4. Scroll right to get to the flip-clock and select it.
5. The 'Select a City' menu appears.
6. Do not select Current location
7. Press Add City, and then type in your location.
8. Once you'd done this, you'll be returned to the 'Select a City' menu, but this time your city will appear in the list.
9. Select it and then you're done.
The BBC website provides weather for any UK location. Perhaps someone could create a widget which based current location weather information of the BBC data?
