Help Web pages clipped on edges/ squished together

Is there some setting that I should know about to display web pages correctly ?
Some sites will be all squished on the screen ( multiple panels will be overlapped )
Others have the sides of the screen cut off so that the scroll bar doesn't show up.

Changing the display resolution doesn't seem to help either.

This is the problem...the page isn't designed to be viewed on a mobile phone, and your mobile phone isn't capable of adjusting some websites to view on your phone....

in the end it's typically a poorly designed website imo
