WebCT users - can you see documents?

I recently moved from iPhone to Droid, and even the default Droid browser is better than the iPhone browser (even with no multitouch). One annoying thing I noticed though is that whenever I would go to a folder on a class page in my university's WebCT system (college students, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about), I cannot view any attached documents by clicking on their links. I can't save the links as files, either. Whenever I would click on a link, it opens an empty frame in the same place the document would normally display on a desktop browser. On iPhone, I was able to open the documents (however, I was never able to move past the first page, "mobile Safari" has a bunch of problems with frames and embedded modules).

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

No. I tried different browsers like XScope and Dolphin, but they are all built on the default Mobile Chrome (or whatever the Browser app is) core, so they all work the same. My workaround is using a VNC client to connect to my home desktop PC and pulling up the website from there. I'm really waiting for the Android version of Firefox, hopefully it's built on a whole new engine.

I am running Android 2.2 on my Nexus One and I have come across the exact same issue. Using VNC to access a computer off campus isn't really an option. Why the hell doesn't this work? It is just a javascript link that redirects the frame location to the file, but all I get is a blank page every single time.
