Help Weird CPU/audio chip static/buzz/fuzz?

Put your headphones on in a quite room, turn your volume all the way down, and search something on the web. As it loads the webpage or with cpu activity running during sound operations, like when hitting a virtual button or launching an app, does anyone hear this fluctuating buzz/static. Like bzzz...bzzz....hiss...hiss, like this strange radio interference or fuzzy noise when cpu is active during loading or when soundchip is active?

This happened on one of my ipods, nothing fixed it. I can't fix it on this phone. Is anyone else experiencing it? Maybe it's normal on this phone?

My optimus M does this too, but a lot louder and more frequently....
My motion does it, but very softly like you say. I hate it, but I'll live...I replaced my Motion once (hard bricked the 4G radio), both the old one and replacement has this problem.

Now on the other hand, my dad's motion's speaker blew  gotta get that replaced soon.

It's really annoying, i can't browse the web in a quite room with headphones on in peace. My optimus m didn't do this. That was my last phone too. I htink my brother's does this too. My last ipod touch did the same think except it was unbearable. The motion is quite unbearable also. I think they use cheap parts. I guess it makes sense, it's a $99 phone that does everything LOL

PC's with on-board audio tend to do this as well.

Just a side effect of having a system on a chip instead of a dedicated audio driver.

What Doesn't make sense is Your appraisal of the Motion.

The parts in it are no cheaper than the parts in the $500 S3. You are damning a phone over an issue so minor most people never even post about it. The Motion is one of The Most appreciated by it's owners phone there is. If you are unhappy with a Motion And an Ipod, I wonder if ANY device is going to be good enough for you.

PS; It's also NOT a $99 phone. It's a $250 phone. Don't believe me, then go see what Cricket charges for it. ($250) It's $99 because Metro subsidizes almost 50% of it's cost before You pay the rest.

I sprayed the headphone jack, maybe dust? I don't think it did this before I left to go on a trip from NY to FL back in dec 2012, after I came back, I noticed this problem. Maybe the signal messed up the antenna or CPU as we passed towers and states? Is it possible to reverse it? I used aluminum foil and it did nothing.

My Spirit does this too! I'm so glad I'm not the only crazy one haha.
You think our phones are defective? my bros motion does this too. the only odd time this happened, was my ipod touch 2g, which i had replaced a few times and this 2nd gen ipod was the only one that did it.

I thought it went away, now it's back again slightly. I can't search something in peace, all I hear is electronic static/buzz interference.

I've heard this too. Is there any way to run apps or the audio Subsystem at a different priority ?
I have no idea what audio subsystem is LOL. My brother's phone doesn't do this I don't think. it figures I always get defective crap. I just want a phone that works and performs well. Now I might have to send it in for repair. I tried a hard reset and that did nothing for the phone. Is there some way to root it and go download a totally different or previous OS version and then try to upgrade back to current? It seem to started after I took a trip to FL, maybe something electronic has got to it and ruined it? It only happens when the cpu is activating it seems. I tell ya, I always get defective items. I can keep pressing search in the web browser and
the buzz kind of copies the amount of time it loads. I can press a key on the virtual keyboard and every key might make a slight buzz right after you press it, like the static tries to mimic the activity. if I understood what it was, I could probably fix it maybe it's a glitch, i don't know, it happened on my last ipod and it got so irritating I couldn't bare it. It's that bad, and it ticks me off.

I think it's common with the snapdragon s4 I swear. My dad's and brother's motion did this as well. Maybe it's just the crappy on-board audio card and is normal for this cpu model.
