Help Weird power on?

[pandacookie]

Hi. My phone does something weird when turning it back on from being turned off completely. It skips past the Evo 4g splash screen, plays the Sprint video halfway, then goes right to the lockscreen. Almost every time I power off and on this happens. It doesn't happen when I just reboot. The phone otherwise behaves just fine. Anyone else have this happen?

it i because you have fastboot checked. to turn that off you need to go to settings/apps/uncheck fastboot. now you can power off completely.
