Help Weird problem

On my lock screen above the clock, I have an Emergency Call button that i've never seen before. Anyone know how to get rid of it?
 
If I set up a screen lock the Emergency Call button shows until I unlock it.
settings>location and security>set up screen lock>none. To disable it
