Help Wet phone

I sent my water damaged Desire HD to www.phonedoctor-uk.co.uk two and a half months ago. The status is still "processing" and they do not reply to my emails asking about progress. Anyone else have experience of this outfit?

Phone finally returned to me last week 4 days after it was promised. It is "unrepairable" but no other information given. Refund of the

Did not think of that but just checked the phone serial number which matches the sticker on the original box that was not sent away with the phone.

Have sent a report to BBC's Watchdog and will inform Trading Standards when I get time.
