well its no challenge really cuz that screenshot is way to blurry to make out anything. post a better picture and maybe we can identify it. is this on a lockscreen? it does not look like it is from the notification bar at the top of a phone. what phone is this from?
i said maybe, because these kind of questions almost always never get truly answered. you see, there are millions of apps that have notification icons....thats just way too many to be able to spot an app just by its icon. so unless it is a popular app like facebook or youtube, most of these questions go unaswered and with us mostly giving guess as to what it is. also the easiest way to know what it is is to look at the notification and see what app it belongs to. but i'm guessing that this is not your phone as it is in most cases like this. you can just ask the person who this belongs to what the icon. but this also might not be that easy.
so if you can post a better picture, we can then start to make guesses as to what it is. but do not hold your breath for an exact answer.
