Once I finish the Sword of Truth series, I'm thinking about starting A Game of Thrones. Has anyone read that, and what did you think of it?

Its a great series but its only 4 books in with book 5 expected out this year. Of course, IIRC book 5 has been expected off and on for around 3 years so who knows if it's actually coming or not till its published and on shelves.

Others have said (and I'm inclined to agree) that they will probably not be picking up this series till its complete.

humm the chocolate war by Robert cormier is the biggest one
Fallen Angels by Walter Dean Myers
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings
by Maya Angelou
The Giver
by Lois Lowry

those are the biggest they are more school level banned books but i cant seem to find them in my sources at least not in .epub or pdf so i can read them on my tab

found the chocolate war in audiobook format, fallen angels pt 1 and 2 in audio and ebook formats, I know why the caged bird sings in ebook/pdf, and finally the giver in html format. you can download stanza for mac or pc and use it to convert files to other book formats... :)

just got done with 13 Bullets by David Wellington, great read, going to go ahead and read through the series now I think.

Same here. Kind of debating on if I want to watch it or read the books first. I am usually disappointed by adaptations of books, they never seem to be as good as I envision them when I am reading.
yeah true true but with finals coming up for me i dont have the time to do either unfortunate i no

Haven't read it - yet:D. Anyone catch the first eposide on HBO?

great series to read, unfortunate that its taking so long to write the series but it looks like another book should be out this summer.

Just started A Game of Thrones. I got interested in it after I heard so many good things about it from IGN leading up to the series. Plus, anything Sean Bean is involved with must be good.

so how many books are already out for it? how many are planned?? the show looks pretty epic but i'm already waiting for a bunch of authors to get on the ball and finish series....

One book is out soon and I think he has 2? more to go after that.

But he takes a long time between books, unfortunately.
