What Are You Doing Right Now?

What kind of mistakes. O_o lol
Those kinda mistakes v
Probably the kind most of us make; the kind that make you wish you could turn back the clock five minutes, but since you can't you best exit stage right fairly quickly and never speak of it again. After they are over these events never actually happened, so there is no real answer to "what were they?".
And other more long term ones :pac:

At the Infiniti dealership getting a tire leak fixed and getting a new set of wheel locks since my brother lost them. $51 yipes

I got Tennessee mixed up with the crappy state above Texas :p
That would be Oklahoma ...

How dare you Irish not know US geography by heart!!!!!!!

Actually... the vast majority of Americans wont even know where a state is located in relation to another state depending on the location where that person is located. For example, it would be a little difficult for a West Coaster to answer...

What state is to the right of Maryland? or What state is to the south of Vermont?

and for an East Coaster...

What states make up the 4 corners? or What state is to the NE of Utah?

Until this summer, I never knew that Massachusetts was north of NYC. I imagined it kind of in the place of Maryland. My roommate made fun of me for it but understood because he wasn't too sure what states touched CA.

It's not just me then.

Is watching criminal minds.

That's the US. We expect ye to be bad at political geography :p

I forgive anybody who is bad at geography. It's the people who are bad at history that really make me laugh:

(calling about a car rental)
Me: Hi, I noticed on your web site that you say rentals may be taken across state lines, but that it also mentions to call the local office to double check the local policies.
Agent: Mmmhmm.
Me: Well, I need to rent a car from you (located in Las Vegas) in two weeks and I will be driving it to Albuquergue, is that alright?
Agent: Sorry?
Me: I'm just wondering if it's okay if I take a rental car from here in Nevada to New Mexico.
Agent: I'm sorry, I'm not very good at history.
Me: (choking at this point) Can I take a rental across state lines?
Agent: You can take a rental anywhere in the US, Sir.
Me: Thank you! B'bye.

Other than writing this, which is obviously what everybody would say if they weren't fibbing in this thread, I'm brewing a nice strong pot of coffee.
