Had to wake up at 4 this morning and go pick up someone at the ER who needed a ride, been awake for only an hour or so, black coffee, lots of it plz !

Unfortunately, I now have to take medications that my doctor prescribed me. Just recently I had tonic weight loss surgery, and to be honest I am very glad I did it, now my health is not harmed by anything and I feel much better. Very glad that there are specialists who helped me with this. After I finish taking all my medications I will go straight to the gym and I will be able to do active sports.

I recently mistakenly bough a bag of coffee beans instead of ground coffee and will be looking for a grinder today to go with the flow.

The beans are Hazelnut flavored.
