VS2012 == Visual Studio 2012.
IDE for c++, c#, visual basic etc. updated for .net 4.5. An IDE is a software suite for lazy people who do not wish to learn to make make-files or learn nuts and bolts of compiling/linking.

Initial impression is that VS2012 is ok...I only got it last night. I wanted it so that I could develop WPF and Windows 8 perhaps. Most of my experience is with VS2010 which is what I have at work. VS2010 is OK...however it get sort of glitchy with huge projects, particularly with visual source safe. On my old crappy XP machine at work it used to take >3 seconds for intellisense to resolve itself on big projects...making coding a living nightmare! Fortunately they gave me a newer machine... The only Microsoft IDE I do not like is VC++ 6. THAT is old and decrepit and I do not like using it. Not much choice since our legacy software was written on it though.
 
I should be writing a paper for class, but I've been feeling under the weather the last two days and have been totally procrastinating. However, it's due tomorrow night, so I might just do it tomorrow when I get home from work.

Geez bud take it easy, I wasn't even serious and was just joking.

I am not a great programmer by any means, I am quite the ameture but I am not a big fan of William Gates the 3rd massive corporation (Micro$oft).

He did not come from a much much harder life like Larry Ellison did and I don't really like Micro$oft corporation but I didn't say once any where that you had to agree with me.

And I don't think IDE are that bad at all.

Eclipse is very nice but I am not a big fan of WYSIWYG tools because those to me cause havoc on big projects or depends on what you want to do but they can sometimes maybe on what you are building and sometimes if the job is small then ja they can do a good job.

I disagree because I think IDE's are very nice but you are welcome to think otherwise.

Anyway to cut a long story short, I am sorry if you I offended you.

What am I meant to be doing now you might ask? :)

I am meant to be having fun but right now I am not! :D

I have never tried it but sounds very cool, thank you for the info I have only sort of heard of it but never even looked at it.

I may not be a big fan of of Microsoft but I am well aware a lot of stuff would not exist today with out them (like the friendly interfaces we all use 24/7) and they do have some extremely brilliant software engineers on the planet with out a shadow of a doubt that make me look like an ultra douche! :D

I don't really know that many languages only very light stuff like:

HTML5, C++ (Oh my god LOVE C++!!!!!), Java Script (Have not yet tried full Java so I don't know what that is like!) and some other minor ones! :)

AND to make things way worse for my crazy imagination I was attacked by a group of wild cyber monkeys and they stole my shoes so they could sell them for glue!

I'm supposed to be interacting with the twin tub washing machine, my bedding needs washing...it's a sunny day....good for drying quickly..better get on with it.
 
Its 202 in the morning. I should probably be going to sleep right now. but I don't have work tomorrow so I can stay up later so I can sleep in a little bit.
