What case are you using?

I'm using the Seidio DILEX Extended Combo with the Vitreo Tempered glass screen protector. I like it a lot but I am concerned about the level of protection it provides. This is the only case I know of that works with the 4500ma battery. I have already sustained an electrical screen failure due to a very minor drop requiring a replacement. The other day I had a less minor drop that cracked the screen protector. My old HTC Rezound took numerous, similar hits with no problems and a very similar case configuration. Both of these drops occurred with the phone in the holster. If anyone knows of a more rugged case that will accommodate my fat-ass battery, please let me know.

2) Had a small issue with my S4's menu soft key. Turned out you want to remove any screen cover you may have on your phone

The same with the Obex. Except the reason is for a good seal. Some screen protectors, like the Zagg, are pretty thick.

One thing you could have done first was to go into the settings and increase the touch sensitivity.

Speck CandyShell. Although I love these cases (it's my third phone with them), it will be my last. Love everything about the case except the drop protection. My s4 feel off my lap when getting out of the car and cracked the bottom of the screen. Not a hard fall at all. Wish I had more protection at the time. Although I will say, it's handled a lot of drops, I think this was just all of the force on the corner and physics took over. Will have to get bulky next time to regain my security.

LifeProof Nuud. Love it. Haven't taken it in the water yet but, with the 1 yr. water warranty by LifeProof, I won't have any problems taking it with me in the water (as soon as the ice around here turns back to water) :)

Only problem I've had is with the rubber headphone jack cover. It's a little cumbersome and my 2 yr. old just chewed it off last night :( Now I have to keep track of a little rubber cover everytime I use headphones. Bummer.

I would guess the chewed off jack cover will void the warranty, as the case is damaged.
