Root What did I do wrong?

If signature verification were the problem, then why can everyone load the same Rom when entering CWM direct through recovery? It's when using Rom Manager that the problem seems to happen as I understand it.
 
Just an update - it seems the pb zip radio file wasn't on my new sd card, so once I moved it back to the sd card root directory, I don't get this error any longer.
 
It is a common problem, rom manager seems to think the recovery needs to be updated. So clearing the cache and reflashing the recovery tricks it into thinking it has been updated.


This is my interpretation of the problem. Maybe someday I will ask koush about it.
