Root what did i miss?

i was in a wedding(not mine) and i come back sunday night and see all these posts about .595 whats the different between this and .591? i hear this is the official gb, can this be verified? and so far no roms have been configured for it i presume?

if someone can shine the light for me i will apprciate it, and so will my thanks button ^_^
 
No, it's not official GB, but P3 has indicated that .595 - stock, odexed, unrooted - WILL RECEIVE the official GB update.

That said, .595 seems nice, quick, and I haven't had the disappearing 3G signal since installing it.

i havent had a disappearing 3g signal, but im on apex, and having email notification problems. not sure if its a gb problem or apex (sure its a gb problem)

I'm going to stick with the deodexed/rooted version of .595 until we have conformation that the official release can be rooted and deodexed. I get some lag in the keyboard running ADW but that's about it. Other than that this .595 is the bomb.

speaking of kb lag. I had some bad keyboard lag on .573 but it seems to be a lot better on .595. I'm running stock everything.

i have the beta app thank you! but i need to look into it more, i usually check the beta app for messages on the forums. and i was in a wedding all day saturday so from about 1pm - 4am i did not have my phone on me at all, nor was i going to, god forbid it would randomly reboot from overheating and then they hear my bootup music lol
i wouldnt want to throw my phone down the hill lol just so i dont irritate the bride. :p


of course i would go and get it, once we were all done lol.

I installed 595 Saturday morning from 588. Just lost 3G late today. Had to reboot.
Hope they get that resolved.
I have not seen an isse with Wi-Fi, but it's only been a couple days so we will see.

Oh...one more thing. P3Droid was fired from Motorola and has recanted his whole thing about not tethering. He now says to use the patch and try to reach 30GB if possible.
 
i dont think he is a highschool teacher. his knowledge of android is astounding i give him that. but a highschool teacher. i dont buy.
