What do you do for a living?

Student.

By the time I finish, I'll be about 27-28. After that, teaching English in South Korea for 2 years. After that, entrepreneur maybe.

Former small business owner (I did in-home computer repair and training, specializing in senior citizens), currently disabled and spending all my time on the internet trying to stay busy.

I miss working. I don't miss the hours, but I really miss the people.

Long haul truck driver by day. Free lance web designer by night.

Formerly a lead pressman for a printing company. I still help out there on occasion when I'm bored and not on the road.

President

Nah I am a secondary school [high-school] student :p

I think I may be an engineer
I am good with maths, and good at finding ways around problems :)

My undergrad was in Computer Science... a long time ago! I pretty much knew what I wanted to do by my junior year of HS. I did the ROTC thing and did a stint in the AF. Some days I wish I'd have stayed in the AF... might have schmoozed my way into a pair of eagles by now! On the other hand, back then the AF seemed to think that high tech included mainframes from CDC!

currently verizon retail sales associate. studying to get my computer certs so I can go into network admin it pro for small to large business. biggest issue is finding a decent entry IT job that pays better than my current (60k + a year after commisions) 20 yrs old so cant complain now but its not a good long term job.

Id like to break into rally racing but its too competitive now a days so chances are slim.

I am a web designer/developer in the Greater Chicago area. I had been doing freelance and contract work for the past 5 years and just recently landed the job of my dreams! I was always told to go into business because I am such a people person. however I found art when I was 5 and since then that was all I had ever wanted to do.

Certified attorney but currently working (economy is tough) as a contract paralegal for a large multinational corporation in their Environmental department. Also a part-time Adjunct Professor of Political Science at a low-end 4-year public college.

Hoping to find out later this year or early next year about getting a full-time offer from the first job I listed for the security and benefits, which will allow me to remain teaching because I really enjoy it.

Senior EOD Tech at large Army Base. More fun than one person should legally be allowed to get paid for!

Medical equipment planner for new surgery centers. Also some financial feasibility analysis.

What do all you guys do to pay the bills?

I'm a GIS administrator at a small mom and pop oil and gas exploration company.

I siphon gas out of parked vehicles at Wal-Mart and sell it 4 profit on the black market.

Okay I'm a Compliance Officer for a semi-reputable Broker Dealer

I used to be a Supervisor for a call center that dealt with banking. I couldn't do it anymore, after 10 years in the industry, so I happily work at a gas station and make a quarter of the pay with tons less responsibility and I love it :)

I'm a student at a New England College. Studying Psychology and Computer Science. I work for the College's IT dept as a technician. Hopefully a job will open up at the college and I'll be able to take that without much looking. I plan on working in IT after college doing the same stuff...

I do freelance web design, development and mastering as well. Also, logo design is fun too :)
