How can I make the dock clear?
Just make the whole image transparent in the correct size. If you don't have photoshop, you can download Paint.NET for free to do it (I don't know of a way to do it in standard Paint). Select the entire image, and click the delete button. Voila! It should then show it as a white and gray checkered pattern, meaning it's transparent. Hope that helps!

Another option is to select no dock in LauncherPro...
- Appearance Settings
- ->Dock Background
- ->->None

I love this thread just to find awesome new wallpapers.
BTW, my layout has changed again using LPP widgets (themed) and a 5x8 Grid layout on my homescreen, new wallpaper and dock too. I have posted a ton of screen shots since I change a lot, but if anyone is interested in my new ones let me know.

Where the heck does everyone get their icons from? I'm trying to figure out how to make my phone look awesome and I can't find a bunch of things! I want a folder/organizer for games, but I can't figure out any!

All of my icons come from the LauncherPro Forum website or from smartshortcuts or a couple icon packs I downloaded.

Thought I'd post a new one. Froyo makes me very very very upset. After hearing all the great things about the leaks and such, I figured the OTA would be great and I told myself I'd leave the phone alone if that was the case. I was wrong, and I absolutely hate Froyo. So...I took it upon myself to strike back. Rooted/Deodexed, and starting to look a little better:
