What happened to blue status icons

The ICS on Galaxy Nexus has blue status icons. Did Samsung change them back to green for some reason? Anybody know how to get them back without rooting?

Samsung went with their own 'traditional' scheme. There's no way to alter the notification/status icons without root as the graphic files are located in /system.
