What is the best Internet browser that you use?

How do u activate the tilt thing?
Yeah that was a great thing about Mini.. not reloading the past few pages when u hit back :-)

In Chrome, -tap Menu > Settings > Developer tools > Enable Tilt Scrolling (tick box)

Although I don't think I had to set mine - it did it by default.

And yeah, Opera Mini has a lot of things going for it actually. Like text re-wrapping when you zoom in. It doesn't only wrap the text when you double click, like Dolphin, but actually every time you pinch zoom. You can turn it off if you don't like it, but it's a good feature I think. I also have Opera installed actually. It comes in handy sometimes when the network is really poor, as it doesn't need as much data to load a page due to the server-side compression. If 3G is slow I fire up Opera. I found it useful down in Cornwall where coverage can be patchy.

Oh, another thing that Dolphin and Opera both have over Chrome is that you can set their user agents to Desktop as default. (Actually, I think it is only Opera Mobile that allows you to set the user agent.) Opera Mobile uses normal uncompressed data, but you can turn on the Turbo feature which uses compressed data like Opera Mini. Oh, and Opera Mobile can use Flash.

So yes, whenever I click on a link in an email a choice of four browsers pops up lol. Stock, Chrome, Dolphin, and Opera

Yeah i had like 7browsers before i had to reset on Saturday lol. Im tryin to have less unused apps with this fresh start. I do really like Dolphin. I remember it was really clunky and slow a couple years ago but its really came on. I just have a problem with text input on it.. it might be my keyboards fault but when im typing, after the 1st line, i cant see what im typing (Smart Keyboard Pro) dont really wana change keyboard coz im really slow at qwerty lol and SKP is really good for oldskool 10button txt-typing
P.s, on Chrome u can "request desktop version" of a page

I keep reading about chrome. What does chrome do better than stock browser? I feel the bookmark access are easier on stock. And mostly the stock browser has smoother performance than chrome. Why people still choose chrome over stock?

Because chrome is much better if you use chrome on a computer too. The latest beta is very smooth.

I use Chrome on my computers but I use the stock browser on my S3 and Android tablet. It syncs my bookmarks from my desktop with no problem and the bookmarks are much more easily accessed than they are in Chrome on Android. I don't understand it when people say they use Chrome just because it syncs with their desktop Chrome when the stock browser does the same thing.

I don't really use the browser tabs on my phone so I can't really compare that part of it.

I cant speak for everyone else but what i really like about Chrome is that it syncs the webpages that ive viewed or am viewing on my desktop or phone. Great for spying on my missus :p

Been playin around with Dolphin tonight n ive fell in love lol. Love how it scrolls around when zoomed in on a full web page, like its perfectly "weighted". Really impressed with it

I'm using Dolphin after trying out various browsers. The only problem I have is that the tabs are hard to select or close.

Closing tabs in dolphin is easy. Just tap on a tab that is focused and it will close. This means that to close a tab that isn't focused you tap it once, making it the selected tab, then tap it again and it's gone.

So u dont have to tap the X symbol?
..EDIT.. youre right mate lol. I was concentrating on hitting the X at right hand side of the tab :)

I'm actually surprised people are saying Chrome. For me it's slow as snail. Not sure something wrong with mine or something else. So I switched to Dolphin.. doing pretty well

Boat. I'm always trying out new browsers because it isn't perfect, but I always go back cause it's still the best.

Dolphin is a close second.

Chrome would be perfect with speed dials, flash player, option to keep screen on (for streaming videos) and an exit button!!
