what build you have and what CM7 ? there is CM7 reloaded and MTDEV CM7 ?and pretty sure it aint the ROM at least i never seen it on MTDEVCM7 it looks like is from a app you install that is pushing ads check if airpush is install theres also other apps to check if you have a app pushing ads

^^^that app is for unrooted devices(means it dont need root but works on a rooted device) there is also a app for root only devices idk which one you rather have but here is the ROOT ONLY APP

Very good question!
Was using it on my SD card when I was moving files to and from my PC - music, pics and such. I was having problems playing music, and pics did not display properly, and Disk Defrag seemed to fixed that.
Just a side note.....
My 3G speeds were usually around 1+mb, which I did not think were too bad considering the $ervice. Now after removing Disk Defragmenter, 3G speeds are usually around 1.9mb. I am a noob to smartphones, but something seems "fishy".
