I'm using Go launcher Pro. It's not bad. Might try something else soon.

Nova Prime. Used to use go launcher before it got bloated out the wazoo with their own special app stores

I am using Nova Prime and it is quite cute but not mind blowing (unlike the 7.2% cider I am drinking). The ability to have a "cube" of home screens and drawers of icons is nice.

Seeing as I just got my SGS2 I am running the stock launcher on a rooted ROM. I just upgraded from my good ole prevail which was using Go LauncherEX on the Honeybread6 ROM.

Every month, I give another launcher its 30 days of fame. This month it so happens to be Launcher7 on the new Boost GS2.

I wish I had a clue what y'all are talkin about. I'm off to do some reading. Lol

The launcher is what you see looking at your home screen. It is the app that runs that interface. you can change that to something else. I used Go Launcher EX on my prevail and also tried ADW launcher too. The nice part of using a different launcher is themes. You can find lots of themes for those (many are free) and make your phones look and feel change to your liking. I even had a windows 7 look to mine at one point.

This is my 3rd phone I've used the Simple Home launcher on (paid version). It's the only launcher I've found that I've really liked. Plus I've put it on 2 other people's phones and they liked it too. It's not completely perfect (you have to clear the app settings from time to time to rebuild your list of available applications provided by the launcher), but Simple Home is very much definitely worth using. The free version is good too, but it doesn't cost much to get the paid version, which is what I've got and recommend highly.

That's "Simple Home" and the developer is "Digital Guesswork".

I almost forgot. There's this really nice one called astro. It has different themes and it has an art like feel to it like African painting to Japanese to vango.
