Windows Vista on my laptop and Windows 7 on my desktop. For all the complaining many have regarding Windows, it's never given me a hard time and I don't think I'll ever be switching.

I run Ubuntu 10.4 (lucid lynx) on my main tower. I also have a tower set up for remote terminal access that runs Windows XP I use for streaming music broadcasts.

In reality it's Linux and windows 7..
7 is for the games, linux is for everything else..

On My Dell 2400 Computer I Use Windows XP Professional On My C Drive And My D Drive I use Ubuntu But Windows XP Professional Is My Main One To Use Because alot of programs i use will only work on Windows Os.

Try an app called Cinch, it does the half screen thing for mac! I use it and it it works well. Download Cinch for Mac - Simple, mouse-driven window management. MacUpdate Mac Software Downloads

And I use OSX if you didn't guess 10.5.8 to be specific!

I'm using Windows 7 and Im thinking if I can go for pro x32 version but there had been some bad feedback about it and says its [FONT=&quot]very slow to boot and start IE or just going to any program.

Do you have a 64 bit processor? If so, get that. If not go ahead with 32 bit. I am running the 32 bit version of pro on my netbook and it works fine*. It is slow to boot and start IE, but that's because it's a 1.6 GHz processor with 1 gig of RAM.

*works fine means that it runs tasks well assuming they aren't too processor intensive. Stuff like iTunes will cause it to crawl as will IE (install Chrome and rejoice). This is on my netbook though and is in no way indicative of performance on a regular laptop or desktop computer.

PC running Windows 7 and Open Solaris in a VM just for fun... although I rarely use it.

I'm planning on getting another copy of Win7 to install in Parallels or VMWare Fusion for my MBP.

I have a desktop PC that's running Windows 7 but the motherboard is dead and I'm waiting to get my new one. Unfortunately, all I have now is my 3-year old MacBook which works fine but I'm getting sick of it. It can't even display gifs without hanging.

I have had Ubuntu before, but couldn't get on with it. I guess just too used to Windows. We have a testing MacBook at work with OSX Leopard but I don't use it that often.

xp on a couple pc's here... tried dual booting with 7 x64 on mine many months ago, but several driver issues required an uninstall. might try again soon when i complete some games & clear up space on my os/program drive.

Just got a new laptop with Windows 7 premium installed. My desktop has Vista and my work computer has XP. I just know I'm going to go back to work (school based speech pathologist) and try to open to windows and make them snap on an xp, lol!
