What timezone is the Droid X being released at?

In what time zone is the DX going to be released at. I have heard the east coast but just wondering if anyone could confirm that. So that would mean if it was a 12:00am release on the 15th, I am in central timezone. I would need to order it at 11pm my time. Is that right?
 
I think it will be released at the same time in each respective time zone in stores. Online... I'm not sure. I don't think Verizon Customer Service is even open at that time.
 
when i called customer service yesterday, the woman told me it was midnight of whatever service center you contacted but online was midnight EST. if this is true or not i am not sure but this is what i was told yestrday when trying to order the X early
 
the CS rep i spoke with a few days ago, told me i could order the phone online on the 14th at 9:01PM PST, since they go by EST. but, well see about that.
