Help what to do !!!

Salam

I have a problem on my phone

my phone is HD2 I removed the windows system and it's working now with android 2.2.1

but I have problem in the storage

Im trying to move the application from the internal phone storage which is full to the SD card but I can't do it I can't uninstall any application from my phone !! so I can't read or write any msg or take photo or record any thing !!

wat to do with this problem ?

Which HD2 do you have? 1024 (T-Mobile) or 512 (EUR)??

I'm trying to remove some application but I can't
I can't install that application wich help me to remove the application so I installed it from the internet and I saved it in the memory card but I don't have ( astro) so I can't open the memory card
