I've been pretty much backing up everything when flashing from theme to theme. I hate waiting for nands to restore, takes forever. When flashing differnt themes, whats can i skip backing to make restores faster?

Do the first three in amon ra and Wimax if you have not backed up Wimax. That its ask you really need. No need to Wimax again.just keep one saved some where safe.

with the eventual dissolution of wimax, is it really necessary to back up the wimax keys? LoL that of course was a joke 
you only NEED to have the wimax keys backed up once (provided that nand doesnt get lost or corrupted) cuz that adds a little bulk onto nands that just isnt necessary on every nand. If you eff up your keys and need to restore em, having them on one nand is sufficient.
