Hahaha yeah lol I also use giffgaff and Orange, I love giffgaff!
 
giffgaff for taking advantage of the unlimited data (40gb in a month :D ) and orange for my second phone.
 
Ah me too, Exactly the same here although sadly Orange has SOOOO MUCH BETTER 3G than giffgaff and that's the one with the 1GB not unlimited lol, but oh well!

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure their equivalent of 500mb is less than everyone else's and when I asked them how had I used that in a few days no help at all. Rung them back to get my number switched, asked can you do a better deal. No chance is the reply I got. Don't mean to slag them off as many probably have no problem but I get the feeling they've screwed enough people to know they don't have to compromise, they're always going to get paid.

FINALLY someone else who agrees with me, I was getting my 500mb data used so quickly and i was hardly doing anything and they were just saying I was using it up, but i thought i cant be using that much. after loads of phone calls they admitted it was a network issue causing the data drain but they still didnt compensate me for all my internet access lost and the faffing about!
 
Well rest assured you're not... Happened to me and it also happened to my uncle, he is now with Vodafone and having no such issues. I don't know what O2's problem is because its VERY inconvenient and affecting many people from what i'm seeing.
 
Out of curiosity, does giffgaff have a fair usage policy. Just wondering because I've used my gs2 on 3uk as a wifi hotspot 24/7 for the full week on a few of my weeks off work and I've never had any complaints.
 
No giffgaff does't have any FUP, its truly unlimited however you are NOT allowed to tether.. I use giffgaff as well as Three and O2, Business & home use.
 
[p.s. Orange, as their coverage has never let me down (except for the back-of-beyond where only sat phones work anyway) and I'm able to retain a nice legacy tarrif.

Try visiting Trafalgar Square...not exactly the back of beyond, unless you are on Orange! ;o)

Colleague had to change to Vodafone because no Orange signal here, and my g/f can never call me from outside my office 'cos her Orange BB won't work!
 
Well switch to T-Mobile then cos Orange can use both networks.

And InertProtocol thats cool, discount :P
