Had a RAZR v3i on Viaero before my droid, before that.... it was a phone about 3 inches thick (not a flip) with an extendable antenna. Which shows how much I can afford to upgrade my phone. Big changes between each.

I am coming from an I-phone 3G on att. I had no problems at first but as soon as the area I live in went 3G it became almost impossible to maintain a phone call or even send a text message. I mean it sucked before it went 3G, but it sucks even more now.... I dont get how that could be, but oh well. I even paid the early termination fee to do it.... over $300 for the 2 phones on family plan that I had. Now me and the girl both have the Droid and we love it. No jailbreak Req'd!!! Now I am just finding myself being extremely impatient waiting for the app developers to catch up to the new 2.0 OS/Droid software. I know once the updates start pouring in it will just make this phone's potential REALLY open up

none of the above...

Helio Ocean :)

Was great 2 years ago, and I just have to endure it another 2 weeks until my contract ends and VZW can switch my number over and activate my Droid.

Only app I'm getting impatient with is NBA League Pass. The rest I'm content with :)

the other prob is they update and then need to fix the bugs! none are too bad, wptogo had a bug, but its fixed, and xeeku is just updating to dif beta versions!

Had the G-1, Storm 1, Storm 2 then back to the Storm 1 and now the Droid. Those where my phones for 2009. Can't wait to see what 2010 will offer. :D

Blackberry 8830 World Edition...So the Crappy Camera on the Droid is still better than the "Non Existing" one on the World Edition!

Verizon Touch Pro 2 with custom 6.5 ROM. Before that, Touch Pro I, Mogul, I760, Treo, I730 and many forgettable phones back to the installed car phone days. Best phone yet.

LG Chocolate 3. Not bad overall, but terrible camera, and of course, not a smartphone. I've been waiting for Verizon to get the iPhone for a long time now, but most happily jumped for an Android phone when I heard it'd be available. :D

How much are you selling your Alias for? My boyfriend wants me to give him my old one, but... no..... :D

A bunch of boring phones > LG V (great phone if you're just going to text and email) > 3 vx6800's (kept breaking and they kept replacing them with even worse refurbs whose buttons didn't work or who shot sparks out of the earpiece) > Droid

I still think the enV3 looks like a great phone if you don't need the functionality of smart phone.

Wow! The Droid is really eating Blackberry's lunch. Kinda what I figured would happen.

I'm coming from an antiquated dumb phone, the Samsung 640A. What an adventure this is going to be. I'm so psyched. Just a couple days to go before my baby arrives.

Storm1 then I went to the Touch Pro2 but decided with the Droid after I got 2 defective devices one had loose housing around keyboard area and the other just kept freezing and would not allow to be activated.

HOLY CRAPOLA that phone is still being used? I remember getting that thinking damn I have the coolest phone around. I did like how you could use that side pusher thing to do almost everything without actually swiveling it open.
I got the Koi for free, because I was working at Kyocera Wireless at the time. I just never bothered to upgrade until now. I've never been all that into phones, until the Droid. Say what you will about it; the thing still works all these years later.
