What Will be the First Setting Change?

okay, so from reading and watching all the reviews, i'm really itching to get my hands on one. just to pass the time...what will be the very first setting change when you get your epic? ok, how about top three?

Me?
1) extend the duration of backlighting for the android buttons
2) set to a live wallpaper (love that screen)
3) set wifi

Honestly i don't know but I may change the wallpaper to a live one. I wonder if it has that awesome luminescence live paper?

Not really a setting...but...

Root!

Setup plain old vanilla Froyo and watch this thing fly. Without Touchwiz running over the top I have to believe this thing is going to be crazy fast.

(Of course, I am betting it will take only a couple of days for the developers to make this happen.)

Im doing the same 3 things the topic creator is doing but I will also

- Download Launcher Pro from Android Market
- Download Beautiful Widgets from Android Market

Thats my first two things as well. I hope we have root for the epic on day one. It should be fun keeping the best buy employees from attempting to do the update out of the box.

I want to keep that water live wallpaper, it looks cool, and I'm going to make sure 4G is on!! (Houston) and depending on if i like touchwiz or not (and from what i've seen i really like it) I'll download LauncherPro Plus!!

Launcher Pro Plus + the added benefits of Touchwiz (black notification bar, the 4 toggle switches when you pull down the notification bar, Contacts UI, Blue accented theme of touchwiz, etc) is pretty much the best experience Android can have at this moment imho.

I agree regarding LauncherPro+! I love this app so much. I can't imagine why Google hasn't hired this developer full time to do their stock launcher :)
