Help whats better go launcher ex

"Better" is an opinion. But I've been using GO Launcher since I bought my Huawei Ascend, and that was a year ago. Tried ADW, but didn't like it for some reason. I stuck w/ GO Launcher. I have no complains. They update their launcher a lot w/ cool features. Can't ask for more :D
 
Ah. Another "better"question. Both can be downloaded and tested in under 5 minutes. You could have actually tested both of them in the time it took you to write out the post. Just saying.

Better is an opinion. Just try them for yourself and decide. It'd not like it's a car and your about to drop 20k and an opinion would actually be useful. ;)


I prefer adw between those 2 choices. But i don't use either one ;)
 
Lol my reason for saying that is it sounds stupid to make a choice based on a fad millions people do it already with the iphone so if u ask them why they want an iphone u get this and dont get me wrong im not calling the original poster stupid im talking in general.

Now what you could ask next time what are the pro and cons of go launcher and adw and that would open a general discussion of what features they have or lack and we can compare them side by side and then u could make a choice by looking at that. but never follow the crowd!!!!!!! not even if it kills you DONT DO IT!!!!!! lol jk

i dont like either myself, ill use spd? what ever that one is for sh*ts and giggles to mess with my friends with iphones, other then that

zeam or holo for me, imo
 
I agree with them ^ "better" is an opinion and "better" depends on what you like.

But to answer your question, I've tried them both and I think GO Launcher is better, theres something I like about it, I don't know. Just an opinion :)

To the OP.

See I think ADW is better. So right there you have someone that says one and someone else that says the other. What are you going to gain from that?

For future reference so you can get a better response, try asking questions about how each of them work and what people like about the specific launcher.

What's better is just pointless.
 
On my phone I currently have the following launchers:
360
adw ex
ftl
go
hi
holo
mxhome
nemus
phoenix
qq
regina pro
xperia
zeam

All have something interesting about them. Some people prefer speed, some simplicity, some effects and beauty. You can only know what works 'best' for you if you give them a try. I think the regina pro was a couple of bucks but there is a free version and all the rest are free. So it doesn't cost anything to give them a try. When one of the above has an update I'll give it a try for awhile to see what it's like again.

Currently, 360 is my default launcher. To me, it is the best combination of looks, features and speed. But qq and hi are very good and I would have no problems using them. I used go when I first got the phone and it's good as well, but then I tried 360 and liked it better.

So try a bunch out. It's fun and you will never know if you have found the 'best' for you until you've seen what options are out there.

In my opinion - the most (up-to-date) customized launcher I've seen so far is Go Launcher Ex. The smoothest and most eye catching launcher I'd give to Spb Shell 3d. I am currently using the latter. But I have both installed.

I was using 360 until i found holo. I'll never have another launcher since i started using holo.

Thanks thats what i wanted to see is some pro and cons!!! very good selections u have there!! ok time for my own review which do i like best between go launcher and adw and truth is both i cant really decide between them its like adw ex got some good selection of themes to select and so do go launcher so what do i do? i keep them both when i see adw got a new theme i like i switch over and use it for the mean while till it gets old then i look for something on go launcher and switch over. so see u dont really need to stick to one launcher just like cdn is doing he has quite a few of them and thats good why limit yourself to one app? i will also say this i dont use spb or that other expensive launcher for 2 reasons only they are battery hoggers and they make my home screen more complicated i like my screen simple and accessible i dont need 20 widgets on my home screen......smh anyways thats my opinion i wont tell u what u should use or consider. i just want everyone here to make their own mind without following a crowd lol
 
Holo is the best if all. I have had too many issues with go launcher. I do like some of the features that go launcher has but it is just not worth it.

Thats another great question to discuss paid versions vs lite or free versions please let us know not only pro and cons but let us know if the paid versions or ex versions are worth upgrading to or should we just stick to free versions :D

tell us what probs did u have with go launcher and some of the features that holo has that you like and recommend ;)
 
I use launcher 7 when I'm at work and the go launcher when on my own time. My job can get hectic and emergencies pop up without warning. I love the uncluttered minimalist UI of windows phone but I would never give up my android apps and stuff to get it. I have all my work related apps and widgets set on the live tiles. And when I'm not at work (or on call), I love all my cluttered apps and widgets all over the place and I like to change the themes often.

Very well presented ive actually seen pics of that launcher it looks really nice and very organized.
