What's for dinner ?

Tonight's dinner. I got the banquet meal at store in Idaho back in January, they were on sale for 88 cents. I grabbed something like 12 or 14 :thumbsupdroid:

I'll be hard at work in the kitchen today. I've got the vanilla bean ice cream mix chilling in the refrigerator; it will turn into ice cream in a couple of hours using the KitchenAid ice cream maker. Then I'll start working on my signature spaghetti sauce: as that simmers and gets all tasty, I'll again use the KitchenAid to extrude homemade spaghetti pasta. Later I'll prepare some garlic bread. We gonna eat GOOD tonight!

I have a couple of prime ribeye steaks marinating in Allegro, spices, and beer. I'll smoke them at a low temp for an hour or so. I'll sear them on a ripping hot Weber when they reach an internal temp of 107°. A baked potato and a fresh cucumber salad will compliment the pound of wonderful beef.
 
That steak jumped into the top five all time best. I was a bit upset when the good looking prime cuts at Costco were packaged five steaks to a package. Why?? Now I don't mind a bit that I have more than another meal of those steaks. I cut my steak with a fork.
 
Last night we ate smoked beef back ribs, potato salad, and a cucumber salad.
Tonight I cut the meat off of the remaining ribs and added it to some pinto beans, hot sauce, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning and wrapped it all up in tortillas with shredded cheddar for beef back rib burritos. :) They were very good.

We'll warm up 4 chicken tenders in the air fryer and have crispy chicken salads. I still can't believe how good the salads are at Marco's Pizza. The picture doesn't do it justice. When I think of salads at a pizza place I think of this...

Yesterday we ate at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I always get their deluxe burrito and a side order of rice. There was a time I could eat it all. Now I bring half of it home and that's what I ate for dinner tonight.
 
It was kinda spontaneous, but we enjoyed ribeye steak, sauteed mushrooms and baked potato for dinner. I had a glass of Pinot Noir and she enjoyed a glass of Schiava. She'll be gone the next 4 days on a fly-fishing trip, so I wanted to send her off with a full belly. I want her to ensure my prize catch of a lifetime returns to me safely.
