Late lunch and dinner. Driving to Tennessee and stopped by a Burger King in Murray, Kentucky for their Big Fish Meal. Their Big Fish isn't real big, but it was okay

Lasagna
We had cold cuts sandwiches.
I finally made a tuna salad. It seems like we are eating a sandwich of some sort every night. It's ridiculously hot and neither one of us are interested in any sort of heavy meal. A sandwich and chips works for us.
I actually cooked something tonight. I fixed spaghetti and some toasted garlic bread.

Made a chicken sandwich with blue cheese and mustard on a sesemee bun, with chips on the side.
Brisket from the smoker paired with some sweet corn picked this morning. We'll wash it down with some ice cold adult beverages.
We had an afternoon deck party at the cabin. I snacked all afternoon and had a few adult beverages too. I snacked so much that I didn't want or need dinner. I'll have a yogurt or an OWYN after while.
cubing up some of the leftover brisket, and making oo-ey goo-ey brisket grilled cheese sammiches. I have a block of Colby jack that I think will be the perfect cheese for the job.
Beef brisket hotdogs and mac n cheese.
Brisket & BBQ, Hawaiian, plain, and pepperoni pizza on the wood fired grill.
Turkey Hot Dogs wrapped in a four tortilla with mustard
I had leftover bacon wrapped boneless skinless chicken thighs for dinner.
Baked salmon fillets and dirty rice.
I fried and then baked some pork chop medallions with some scalloped potatoes and fixed some green beans for dinner.
I grabbed tacos from the local taco shop. They are nothing to brag about but tasty enough for their price.
I fixed a keto casserole tonight that wasn't bad. It had ground beef, zucchini, onion, garlic, Italian spice, salt and pepper, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. When I next make the dish, I plan to add some tomato sauce to it.
Italian sausage and rice
I anticipated eating out to celebrate our anniversary but we stayed home. I reworked last night's casserole with some tomato sauce and baked it again. I must say it was an improvement. I'll be looking for or scheming up other recipes using zucchini. It's low carb like cauliflower but I think it tastes a great deal better.
Sausage gravy and biscuits.

I picked up the Family Size Garden Salad from Marcos. We'll pop 4 or 5 chicken tenders in the air fryer and have crispy chicken salads.
I'm having breakfast again in an attempt to use up my milk. I must say that the chicken salads sound great. I love a good salad with chicken and ranch dressing.
Looks like sammiches from the local pizza shop tonight. Wife wants pastrami with provolone and mustard. I'm undecided as of yet, but her choice sounds pretty good.
