What's for dinner ?

Tonight I am taking a whack at calzones. I have made pizza before but thought I'd try something else.

Mine is going to be mozzarella cheese, ricotta, sauce, mushrooms and spinach.

The boyfriends is going to be mozzarella cheese, ricotta, sauce and pepperoni.

Hopefully it turns out well.

How many are honoring St. Pat's day with corned beef and cabbage tomorrow? I have no idea if the meal is just my family tradition but I've enjoyed the meal yearly most all of my life. Besides, it's darn good.

I'm doing cabbage, but no corned beef. And it's Napa cabbage (making an Asian cabbage salad with orange chicken and rice. Tonight taking my wife out I think, if the Mother in Law will watch the kids. Not sure where yet. Might do Mexican.
