What's for dinner ?

White asparagus... Why have I never tasted this... How different is it?

Which do you know? The green ones? Those taste different. White ones need to be peeled as well, while greens can be cooked as is.
Yummy cooked, and finished in the oven with halved hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, parsil, cream and a zip of white wine :D

Indian curry. Tikka masala with naan bread.

Nice, but I can never just stop there, gotta have me some pakoras, bhajis, somosas etc too, and I usually add a chopped pepper and a couple of home grown chillis into the masala to spice it up.

Thinking about it, I've not had a nice dopiaza in a long long while

You can beat a butter chicken.

Least, you can't beat a Monty's (anyone from west London / Kingston?) butter chicken.

Holy cow! I'm about to drool!

Is it home time yet ..?

take out!! from somewhere..haven't decided yet

oh and....what is butter chicken? I've heard it mentioned a few times here...

I'm going to haz crock pot roast beef with onions carrots and potatoes. Probably some kind of biscuit and raspberry spinach salad.

I can't wait to get home and eat! :D

oh how I miss beef stew and pot roast....

My roommate is making grilled cheese, ham, and popcorn sandwiches and I'm going to make Nutella, hot cocoa powder, popcorn, and peanut butter sandwiches for desert :D

Yes that's what I eat, the green ones. Kind of want to try the white now

Stirfried minced meat, mixed vegetables and cashew nuts, basmati rice and satay sauce.

I'm fixing some fried Talipia fish with a garden salad, French dressing...

That sounds good!

I really should NOT read this thread so late in the afternoon

Yesterday it had me eating curry .. despite knowing the canteen always has curry on a Thursday which meant I had curry for lunch today as well.

Don't have any Talipia, though.

Tonight, I think it's going to be my famous (well, me and the missus like it) chicken & chorizo bake - chicken thighs with chorizo, black olives, tomatoes, garlic cloves, shallots, potatoes and a little thyme and parsley. Simples.
