What's for dinner ?

Lunch at the beach tomorrow. It will be just above zero C, but great views :)
 
Tonight ... not one, but two, yes TWO large Dominoes hotdog stuffed crust pizzas, one mighty meaty, one chicken feast, oh yeah, bring it on!
 
We will have spinach salad with shrimp, mandarin oranges and red onion; asian noodle salad (it's ramen noodles with a vinegar dressing that is delicious!); homemade macaroni & cheese; a ham; some sort of vegetables; dessert is Pineapple Upside Down cake.
 
Um, not sure for us. Tradition is we just go out with my wife's dad's side of the family to a restaurant. But her mom's father is not doing well, doctors are not optimistic. We may stock with her mom's side as a result of that.

Yeah, my mother was never THAT adventurous with flavour, hense why I now will not eat sponge.
 
White asparagus with ham, hard boiled eggs, cheese, cream n white eine from the over one day (my mom will be here). On monday probably gourmetting. You know, with a grillplate and little pans on the table; fixing your own tapas.
 
tonight we are eating pasta and homemade meatballs with fra diablo sauce, which is homemade as well... So excited. Not sure what we're eating this weekend :D

seriously though.. they don't have that here in the states..
