Being Saint Patrick's Day, I had my meal of corned beef and cabbage. It's not the only time of the year that we have that meal. It is so good that we eat it every month or two. It's kind of like turkey. Why wait for Christmas?

I could not eat much today, so one slice of Papa Murphy's pizza..
I had a chimichanga dinner from my new fast food gut wrench Mexican restaurant. I'm sure I'll be sorry but it tasted pretty good.

Pulled pork enchilada casserole with the pulled pork I made last weekend and scratch made enchilada sauce.
Wife picked up Chinese, Chicken fried rice, pot stickers and crab rangoon

Pork Chops, sweet potato, and brussel sprouts. I did not have to worry about devouring the entire thing though, also a night snack too hahaha 
I smoked the famous @Unforgiven 50-50 beef and venison meatloaf tonight. I lacked bell pepper but added onion and some garlic. It was delicious.
