Piana fruit salad, a massive container of sweet potatoes with cimaon and the fixings, slice ham, cheesy potatoes sliced up..

Tonight I fixed home made pizza. Pepperoni, hamburger, ripe olives, sliced hot banana pepper rings, marinara sauce, and a four Italian shredded cheese blend.

Tomorrow night we are having bacon and egg sandwiches. The bacon is thick sliced peppered and the eggs are the over priced kind.

I'm taking my Valentine sweetheart out for a steak dinner. I learned years ago that attempting such an outing on the 14th proved frustrating at best.

It's cold here today so I'm making soup. It will be a spiced tomato based soup with mixed vegetables and ground beef.

I was asked for something diet conscious with some leftovers for lunches, so I made some sheet pan dinners. Fresh salmon and chicken breasts (I'm not a salmon fan) with a variety of vegetables cooked in a homemade teriyaki glaze, with a bit leftover to put on top to taste. Cleaned out the fridge of anything getting long in the tooth, so broccoli, peppers, green beans, sweet potato, and asparagus. This is a fun dish because you can use whatever you want or have for veggies.
