An update to the smoked pork burgers.... They were very good. They really took on a smoky flavor.
Tonight I grilled out some chicken thighs. It was way too hot to cook in the house.
I'm having deluxe burritos for dinner on the easy. A couple of cans of pinto beans, chopped pork butt, chili seasoning, and hot sauce. I'll strain some of the mixture to stuff my burritos, and stuff with cheese. I'll pour the liquid chili over the top of the dishes and add more cheese.
I made a soup out of the leftover flank steaks I smoked Sunday. I cubed up the steak, added some veggies, tomato sauce, petit diced tomatoes, and spices.
