What's for dinner ?

Cooked up some boneless pork-chops and cut them into bite sized pieces. Put them into a pot of boiled egg noodles and add Alfredo sauce and heat.

While heating boil a pot of broccoli.

Drown the broccoli in butter when serving.

Oh and set my insides on fire with more backyard grown peppers !

I was asked to take my wife uptown for a chiropractic session. I parlayed that into dinner out at my favorite Mexican restaurant. It was once an every week or two dinning experience that has evolved into a once or twice a year experience. I'll be having a deluxe burrito smothered in chili and a side order of Spanish rice. This is a third generation restaurant and though pretty low key, they know how to make an excellent Mexican dish. Been eating with their family since the early seventies and never been disappointed.

I have to admit, I'm eating what I brought home from the Mexican restaurant last night for dinner. The wife only had one of her two flour chicken tacos and I only could eat two thirds of my deluxe burrito. It's far too good to go to waste. I'm going to warm it up in the oven... It won't be as good as freshly served but will still be outstanding. I've eaten what appears to be a similar dish in countless eateries and have yet to find anything that comes close to the taste and quality/quantity... especially at the price.

Last night was Vigelle subs my mother picked up at a Jimmy Johns and cut it in a few sections, she made a salad out of scratch for her boyfriend, myself and her, also some pizza, but was not hungry for the pizza.
