Domino's delivered a cold hard crust pizza last nite !

I usually do the Hut for my pies. Though the pies are less tasty as time goes by, they have improved the delivery system and they are almost always way hot.

boneless chops/shake and bake in oven, spinach, sweet kernal corn, and a small salad w/Italian dressing.

Tomorrow we are going to eat at our favorite steak restaurant.. The Texas Roadhouse. It's our anniversary so we are celebrating. The wife will likely get a ribeye. I'll probably do breaded chicken strips. We seldom have fried chicken anymore. The wife doesn't want the carbs and it's a lot of mess to fix just for me.

gonna make a moco loco dinner tomorrow. its a hawiian dish, but it is super easy to make. in its basic form, it is a bowl of rice that is topped with a fried or grilled hamburger patty smothered with gravy and you top it off with a sunny side up egg.
i plan on making mushroom gravy (from dried lobster and chantrel mushrooms). and as for the veg. i might just steam some broccolini, if i can find some.

I once got hammered on Coco Locos, does that count? I'm not familiar with the dish but I'm digging it. I love an egg on a burger and I love everything rice and I'm a mushroom gravy guy from way back. It's not something my wife would eat however. She will not eat rice or gravy. Sure sound good though.

I love me some hot, with onions and bell peppers, unfortunately it has gotten to the point where it hurts me too bad the next day !

that's about what i have in mind. slivers of grilled onions, now that's is a good idea.
I'm in the process of making a chicken salad for sandwiches tonight. A couple of boiled chicken breasts diced, diced onion, diced sweet gherkins, diced celery, diced boiled eggs, mayo, celery salt, and paprika.
i would describe your chicken as braised. boiled chicken sounds gross......LOL
