What's for dinner ?

So I started planning Thanksgiving dinner last month :D :thumbsupdroid:. Originally I was planning to be home, but then the wife called and started to tell me about stuff we needed to pay for :maddroid::mad::thumbsdowndroid:. Since I had absolutely no idea where I would be on Thanksgiving day I decided to start gathering stuff for Thanksgiving dinner.
last year I did shawarmas for Thanksgiving dinner :)
Easy answer put the cell on mute hahahaaa...

I had diced the remaining turkey and added it to the leftover noodles and gravy with plans to eat it tonight. The wife and I were completely out of the mood for turkey. We grabbed a burger and fries tonight.

Last night, I fried up some tenderized pork cutlets and we had green beans for a veggie. Tonight I'm having a leftover cutlet as a sandwich with mayo and some chips.

Last night we had home made vegetable beef soup. It contained a fleet of diced veggies, spiced diced tomatoes and sauce, and beef. It's impossible to make just a little soup and who would want to? Soup will be the warm winter dish again tonight.

The wife got out something from the freezer this morning. She said that she's not sure if it's her vegetable soup or spaghetti sauce.
(She normally has it labeled)
Either way, it'll be awesome. Those are two of my favorite things that she makes, so I'll be a happy camper.

Last night I grilled out some all beef hotdogs. We had dogs and chips for dinner. Tonight I grabbed some above average quality Mexican takeout. I had their ground beef burrito which is all a man can eat and the wife had a couple of tacos. This takeout is a local establishment and not a chain. It's not cheap but it is pretty good.

Turned out that the unknown food was indeed spaghetti sauce, so we had spaghetti on Thursday.
Last night's meal consisted of cheese toast.
I believe that we're going to have bacon biscuits tonight.

I have three vac sealed boneless skinless chicken breasts thawing. I'll either pound them out and season with garlic butter and fry them on the Blackstone for sandwiches, or boil and dice them for chicken salad sandwiches or make chicken and noodles.

Okay... dinner will be option #4 :) After considering what I have at hand I decided to make chicken stir fry and fried rice. I have everything needed and it sounds wonderful. I won't use all of the chicken and will likely turn a breast and a half into a chicken salad for sandwiches tomorrow.

I have 4 USDA Prime New York Strips thawing in the fridge. The plan was to grill them this evening while former tax-deduction son is visiting from his town 35 miles away. However, he got some bug that hit him last night: we spent the day going to his town instead; buying a bunch of groceries (he was pretty much out); and taking them to his apartment. I'll have to grill the steaks between rain showers tomorrow or Monday and freeze his dinner so he can enjoy it later.

Tonight? I have a bunch of grapes in my hand.

(Well, it's actually a glass of wine but that's what wine's made of... a bunch of grapes)
